   Here at Storslåttøya Resort, our great guests started the season in glorious sunshine. The fishing so far has consisted of sealax, cod, pollack, ling and tusk. We look forward to continuing.
 Check our new investment to our boats and customers. This is a combined chartplotter and fishfinder in one. Perfect for those that will be updated at any time where they are located relative to where the fish are. This is a Lowrance HDS-5 Gen2 and we are very confident that this delivers depths down to 300 meters and would weather be foggy as it gets in the summer, the chartplotter more than happy to guide you safely into port. Today's pictures; storm on Storslattoya, Krakvag. During the evening it will be worse, so there will be no fishing days to come. Fishing has been very good in February, and we hope it continues like this in the months ahead
 
 
Here we have the day's catch, which was cod, pollack and coalfish. The fish was very willing to bite the hook today, 18 fish total of 1 hour. Today's largest was a cod 6 kg and pollack 5 kg.

Biggest Catch
Congratulations with a great catch! After an unofficial weight measurement the halibut was measured to 35 kg and 140 cm. A very good catch was pulled up from just 5 meters deep

Spring has arrived for full here on Kråkvåg and Storslåttøya Resort, we have taken some photos of our guests who seems to be happy in our beautiful environment. Fishing is also good. Hopefully the weather will remain as good and stable as it has done over the last 14 days.

WELCOME TO OUR NEW WEBSITE!
Welcome to our new website for Storslåttøya Resort. We hope this will be an active and attractive website. Here you will find information what we have to offer, how unique Storslåttøya is, upcoming projects, pictures, and catches from our guests and lots of other useful information.
To tell a little about us, we are a family of four who moved to Storslåttøya. We (Thomas and Marthe) bought the island and Storslåttøya Resort in February, and would like to continue this great project. We also have two children, Malin (10) Sander (4). We have already begun to develop Storslåttøya Resort, for the very best for our customers. We hope the customers who already are well known in Storslåttøya also will visit us in the future. Hans and Johan, who's previous owners have done an outstanding job in the past, they started Storslåttøya Resort and developed a great clientele, who are with us year after year. For those who have been here before, will surely meet Hans and Johan in the future
